OKAY, I CANNOT EVEN DEAL WITH THIS FABULOUSNESS.

I actually don't remember any dates that I gave to people because I chose them at random, but I came and checked right now and oh my god, it's my day!

HOW? How on earth did you write them so perfectly when you don't ship them at all? Caroline's characterization is flawless; as are her reactions to Damon. Occasionally, I think fic writers seem to miss their dynamic entirely and just replace Elena with Caroline, which, what? Why not write Damon/Elena instead? I LOVE how Damon comes back to her those times when Elena's with Stefan (and LOL@Elena choosing Salvatores by the decade). But here, this was Damon and Caroline, and I like how they're so dysfunctional in everything. Caroline's inner monologue is fantastic, because her silent attraction to Damon makes me D: and since she's Caroline Forbes, there's no way in hell she's going to let him know that. And Damon just slutty and enigmatic, is the actual best. Unf.

I was feeling bad for giving you a ship you don't ship BUT NOW I HAVE NO REGRETS. \O/

Don't feel bad at all! Damon/Caroline isn't my first choice of romantic ship, but I really love when they interact together because they're both so snarky and awesome. I think, after a hundred years, they'd very much end up falling into dysfunctional rhythms with each other.
