Monster Under the Bed & PhD Comics
First, the important stuff:
Only a sense of completion is making me post the yellow layer.
This one went Yellow, then Magenta:

...and finally the Black.
The Monster Under the Bed isn't one you have to be told about. You just know it's there, and that it's lurking, and that the only thing between you and destruction is a sheet/blanket which somehow acts an an impenetrable barrier between you and the creature.
