Hiccups
Jared and I were lying down watching tv yesterday and he had his hand on my belly, when he felt these 5 or 6 bumps that occurred pretty regularly every few seconds and he looked at my belly and said "Are you working out in there" and I told him how I don't know what that is, because it just doesn't make sense to me that the baby would kick in such a consistent pattern and Jared said "I bet she's hiccupping" Which made me feel like an idiot, because people talk about the baby hiccupping all the time and I've always thought "my baby doesn't hiccup" So I told Jared something like "Of course that's what everyone is talking about" and he looked at me puzzled and said "really she hiccups" So of all the things in the world that Jared could think of he came up with the fact that the baby was hiccupping even though he didn't know that she could, and even when I was looking for hiccups I didn't come up with it.
