Not much to report
I am getting better from my general ill health (which was beginning to get tiresome). I have fallen in love with Jak Housden's album "Mad about disco" and listen to it all the time. It rates as the second best album release of 2004 after the Sleepy Jackson's "Lovers".
I start proper training for my 2nd Dan soon. Its intimidating but its good to have an aim, it should give me a real incentive to get into training. No slacking off between now and Christmas.
iPods are a great invention. I literally have my CD collection on it and its so convenient. Plus its got a pink cover on it now and its so cute. Bright pink!
