(no subject)
It's been an interesting weekend. But weekends that involve Renaissance Faires are ALWAYS interesting. I love how it's perfectly ok with me when men whistle at me and say the most ridiculous things to me while I'm at a Ren Faire, but if they did the same thing elsewhere I'd be a bit irritated. I hadn't been to one in two years, it was great to go again. It was my friend's first one (always amusing to watch).
Anyway, on the way back to New Orleans we stopped off at an outlet mall. Not generally my thing, they tend to be less interesting than the normal stores and this trip didn't really convince me otherwise but I did buy a dress from An Taylor. Sadly I can't find a picture of it. However, I plan on wearing it to my friend's commissioning on Friday, so perhaps I will have a pic later. It's lovely... it has polka dots :D
Aaaaaand today we went to the mall to drop my computer off at the Apple Store ( I er dropped it about a week ago and the screen went all wonky again, not that I mentioned the droppage to Apple *grins*) and I ended up coming home with two pairs of shoes and a new pair of sunglasses (since I left my sunglasses at my sister's apartment :/ ) Gap has SUPER cute flats right now.
Really. Who doesn't need pink flats?
