I saw that you already found the comm I help mod, there's also ncis_slash which has more Gibbs/DiNozzo since it's the main fandom pairing, but I've never had any complaints for posting Tim/Tony stuff there.
Also, check out the ncis_newsletter, it's great for finding out general news about the show and fandom, as well as other little events that pop up.
There's also ncis_nostalgia which is a discussion group for Season 1 and 2, which I think you might enjoy. And welcome to the fandom. :)
