Room available Dec. 1 in cute, fantastically located and priced downtown apartment. It's a three-bedroom, vegetarian, female-only household. Shared kitchen, livingroom (with huge, south-facing windows), deck, and (very spacious) bathroom. Great location; five minute walk to U of T St. George Campus, Kensington Market/Chinatown, right next to OCAD, five minutes from the subway station and half a block away from a streetcar line.
Smokers welcome, just not in the house. This is where the deck comes in handy. No pets, please. Optional furnished or unfurnished. The room is already equipped with a wardrobe and dresser, both for sale together for $80.00. There is also a single bed available for which a fair price could be negotiated.
If you are not female, please do not apply, as we are not willing to make exceptions to this requirement. Additionally, we have a weekly, non-negotiable cleaning schedule which you would be obligated to partake in. It is about an hour a week of one's time, and it is a great system that distributes the workload fairly and keeps the house clean. Do not apply if this is not something you would be interested in or capable of doing.
