Tofurky questions
a) who decided that "Tofurky" should not be spelled "Tofurkey?"
b) any ideas for the tofurkey marinade? I made one with olive oil, soy sauce, and sage, but I faintly remember one that involved orange juice or something. Also, does anyone stick some veggies in with the foil with roast? how do they turn out?
I guess basically I'm asking how to make a better Tofurky! Call me competitive....
