Looking to move on in to the big T.O. Might need some help.

Basically as the title implies, my roommate and I are looking to move on in to Toronto come the summer/early fall. We don't have a huge budget but we're willing to split three ways if people are looking for two roomies if necessary. Generally, we're just looking for some resources on what's a good place to look for a decent sized and decent priced apartment (or even basement) in the Downtown area.

Web listings and sights would be great if you have any.
We're thinking of taking a weekend every month to head down there and look ourselves so if you know of any good places to do that have listings and such that would also be great.

Any little thing helps.
