Updates? What are those?
Having not posted on here in several years I thought I'd send a quick note to see if anyone is still listening.
One of my last updates in 2009 was my mother had been diagnosed with cancer. Apparently, she forgot to update me on what was going on and I totally put it out of my mind. Well, that was 4 years ago. She turns 90 next month and has not said a peep about anything in the interim. Getting family info from them is the toughest thing. I am gathering she is either fine, or expecting a shortened life in the 90's somewhere. Maybe I'll ask her next time I talk with them.
My dad turned 90 in July. They both still live together at home. He had some issues with the license people (they pissed him off apparently) and he was debating getting a Vespa instead. Cause I see two 90 yr olds riding a Vespa throughout the countryside as a good thing, somehow.
Next month my sister is moving to BC. I haven't lived in the same province as her since 1976. Should be interesting. I thought I got away from those people :-)
