Of Layouts...

Well, would you look at that?
Two posts in a week. That's got to be some kind of record! :D

There's a perfectly good reason for it...I seem to be having a little bit of trouble with my new layout.
As you can (hopefully) see, the layout is relatively central. Good. You can read the text. Brill! You can see my username on the NavBar...um, not so much.

So, here's my question: does anyone know how to edit the code on the NavBar so that the 'Log Out' button does not block my username?
And while, we're on about the NavBar, does anyone know how to make the thing scroll with the page, so I can see it at all times?

Any tips or pointers in the right direction will be massively appreciated...I guess it's just because it's the first layout I've fiddled with (not mine, just altered) and I want it to look right.
