Word for "tradition" is "shikitari" Went to Choompz's today. (Accidentally slept in... "WoW is absorbing everyone's life force!") Got out the station and walked down the main street in completely the wrong direction for ten minutes before I turned around. Saved having to walk to her house as her mum drove us. Thanks mum!
We played Need for Speed - I seem to have a higher tolerance for the rap/RnB/whatever music that was the soundtrack than CC does... guess she really prefers her classical music. However she beat me around the track because I am a swerve maniac! Bwahahahah! Though I think I can drive a little better than I can move around in first-person shooting games like Timesplitters... oh well. Then we played some tennis game! woo hoo! No Justine, but CC made a custom player for JHH. I got pretty whupped in that game too, but it was fun to make Sampras and the like dive for the ball without having to actually get a mouthful of dirt and so on.
Oh yeah and she showed me the Titans game or whatever it's called.... does look a bit like WoW.
Lastly we played Dynasty Warriors 3 on Hard mode, to get Ma Chao's 4th weapon. We had Lu Bei as the supporting character (with a 4th weapon!). The first time we missed getting the supply captain, but second time round we were right there when he appeared, got the weapon, and then finished off Cao Cao to finish the level with three minutes remaining! What a hectic battle! Ahh, the sense of accomplishment.
Dad arrived just as we were about to defeat Cao Cao, and I drove home. Bit of a scary moment when I was approaching train tracks and the bells started to ring, but I drove through. Also drove home from Tai Chi (sword routine progressing nicely) and made one good turn, though it could have been a fluke. Needs more experimenting.
