Dear Baptists,
I'm sure you had very good intentions indeed. And good intentions are lovely things, and I really do wish more people wanted to help Haiti more. But what were you thinking??? Go grab a bunch of Haitian children from a priest there without consulting the government, or anyone in authority, and then try to take them to another country, start an orphanage and try to get them adopted?
And you thought this was a good plan? Seriously? Quite aside from the huge possibility of the government stopping and arresting you for stealing children, what if parents turn up?
Kant says a good will alone is enough. People like you are exactly why I disagree with Kant.
