[The video comes on again, but this time, 15-year-old Ianto's a lot more subdued than before. He's sitting on the sofa in his flat, and looking rather distraught.
He fiddles with a printout in his hands. He figured maybe if he printed it out, then it would seem more real, but looking down at it, it's still just a sheet of facts about himself. Because 15-year-old Ianto has just hacked into his own Torchwood file, and found everything there is to know out about his life. How he's a member of Torchwood, survivor of Canary Wharf, survivor number 18 of 27. How his father dies right after he enters university. How his mother dies in the institution she's in the same year that he should be in now.
He looks up around him, at the unfamiliar flat, at what he has to look forward to, and he can't help himself. He leans forward, puts his elbows on his knees, his face in his hands, and he starts to cry.]
