So now I'm thinking that maybe I could replace my (totally inefficient) little sewing table, and my (fun and painted but taking up too much room) storage dresser with a used tv armoire. First, I go through the dresser again and get rid of things I do not need. The drawers or shelving on the bottom of a tv armoire would take the remaining items. ( Read more... )

Go through your cupboards and take out everything that is past its expiration date.

Also remove anything without a clearly indicated expiration date.

Leave in (or somehow separate) the foods that are well within their shelf life.
