Every year I watch the Super Bowl, but mostly for the commercials.  This year they weren't too bad (a lack of financial companies parading around their money opened up a lot of time for other folks, I think) and while I'd say only a third to half hit their mark with me, that's still pretty good.

So my mom came home the other day with a 46" HD 1080p LCD TV.  Surprise!  Then she wasn't happy with how big it was, and the picture quality.  So it's likely it'll be going back to the store in favor of something in the 36" variety... but we'll see.
