RAGE!
I really need to move to another country. I literally HATE it here and everything this miserable shit hole stands for. It will be a shame to leave a country in which I was once happy and where I have become friends with so many wonderful people (of whom about 25% are Dutch nationals). However I cannot exist in this xenophobic, racist, selfish, prejudiced and intolerant society any longer and I am worried about being labelled guilty by association.
The Netherlands now plan on deporting non native citizens should they lose their jobs here, despite the fact that they may have been living here and paying taxes for a considerable amount of time. Apparently the Dutch government are targeting the Polish community first.
This is nothing new for the Netherlands who are currently trying to change the laws with regard to cannabis consumption. Originally they wanted to make coffeeshops only accessible to inhabitants of the Netherlands. Now they are in talks about making this Dutch passport holders only. Of course this is as discriminatory as putting a "No Blacks" sign on the door, but if they could, the Dutch would.
In the last ten years the Dutch have pretty much ruined their international reputation and have an even longer history of allowing things to happen then complaining about it later. They should have never joined the E.U if they wanted to govern themselves so now all we can hope for is the European Union issues this country with fines so high, they'll be back to begging foreign people to come here and work for them because they will need the revenue.
Of course, they could just be kicked out of the E.U altogether which will cause them to slip into 3rd world insignificance. A deserved fate for the despicable bunch of ignorant, insufferable and downright backwards individuals that are running this country.
