Quirky artists leave a sweet aftertaste

I've been noticing lately that I now tend to be listening to music artists who tend to be quirky and can be found in the alternative section. Also I've been purchasing a lot of CDs lately and now tend to buy more.

This is what I've been listening too lately.

Florence + the Machine- a British female solo artist trading as a band
Belle and Sebastian- an alternative band from Glasgow, they have a sort of a 1960s sound
Bluejuice- Australian band who's sound is hard to define
Feist- Canadian female artist
Lisa Mitchell- Australian female artist
Mumford & Sons- A English folk band
Stereophonics- Welsh alternative band

And many more.

Thanks to cruentum , I now tend to look out for Marina and the Diamonds after he posted a video at his LJ.
