made an awesome fresh fruit tart with vanilla bean pastry cream today in class. crazy goodness. think i might try to make it again this weekend.
saw sin city last night. yes, alone. AMAZING! BRILLIANT! saw it at the newest alamo drafthouse on south lamar. it's really cool because it has the stadium seating. does it get any better than the alamo? i think not. i want to go see takashi miike's new horror film one missed call. japanese horror flicks are great.

you don't need to be swimming in other people's kool-aid when you don't know their flavor.
