So lately, I've been pretty apathetic about politics. It feels good that Obama is my new president. Its seems immature, but the 7 year old in me wants to run around chanting "Told You So". So, yesterday coming home from work, there were like a bajillion cops by my apartment directing traffic and I said wtf to jonathan and he told me they're always there directing work traffic. I disagreed and we had a friendly, light-hearted bicker about it and I dismissed it.

WELL, I found out today the Israeli Consulate is literally my neighbor here in Greenway Plaza and there was a protest. Apparently there's another one planned today at 4.

I just thought it was interesting and you might be interested to hear about my experience with it. Haha.
