Plea for help

Recently Windows XP crashed on me, and even though I managed to back things up, I somehow missed an entire folder of pics.  Now, most of them I can get back because they were mainly just screen caps, but I was just looking for one of them at various screen cap sites and I can't seem to find it anywhere.  So, if anyone happens to have a larger version of the picture I used in the following icon (it's from the episode Entropy) or something similar, minus the 'UST' of course, and would be so kind as to send me it, I'd be eternally grateful.
