So, I can't have sex - biggest reason?  I'm INSANELY sensitive downstairs. I have to keep myself insanely clean for this very reason - just the slightest build-up and I itch like a mother-fucker and it drives me insane.
I have to use all natural laundry soap, unscented ... Or, itchy city.  I have to do an extra rinse, and can ONLY wear white cotton ( Read more... )

I feel for you.

No idea about the sex, BUT for the period issue: I can't wear pads (same issue with the "Diaper Rash"), and can't use tampons due to drying out BUT my Diva Cup is my Holy Grail, if you will. Maybe try that at least for that particular issue?

Diaper Rash is the only way I can describe the rashes pads give me. It itches and stings, and ends up blistering up and bleeding like a mofo along with itching and hurting like living hell. After my period was over, I'd waddle awkwardly until it healed. That was HELL when I lived with my mother because she thought tampons were satanic... no freaking idea WHY.
So every period was utter misery for me until I got away from her, and tried out Tampons on a doctor's suggestion. It really did help, no more horrible rash, no more wanting to curl up and die every period xD

Ugh. yes! One of my group homes, they wouldn't give us tampons because they said they would make us into "whores who slept around". Thankfully my then-boyfriend of two years disagreed and would get them for me lol.

I really have considered buying one. It'd save a shit-tone of money in the long run too as long as I keep it nice and clean xD

I don't know of this helps, but I have heard of situations where a person is suffering from a yeast infection or BV but test negative for it at the doctor. Is it possible that could be causing some of your irritation?

i'll add another vote for using a menstrual cup. I use a lunette. Its great! Also, if you do, don't use any cleaning product but water to wash yourself. Vaginas are self cleaning, washing so often can actually give you thrush cause it upsets the Ph balance. Try treating for thrush when you're having issues maybe?
