this afternoon, after straining and pain, I produced an ass baby that looked EXACTLY like a lumpy sperm. It had a very large, rounded head, and then a thin tail like protrusion.
There were also four or five large blood clots from my period and all the straining. My cramps are INTENSE this time around, not like horribly painful, but...forceful? I can feel little clots moving out. Ew.
