What happens when milk goes bad?
I was a monitor in a summer camp this year, and us teachers and monitors are known to do crazy things. Or rather we get bored easily when the kids are asleep at night, and then experiment.
We used to drink a lot of coffee which we took from the kitchen, and one day we forgot to give the milk jar back. We noticed it a couple of days later, so since it would already be undrinkable, I suggested we could leave it there, and examine the result a couple of weeks later.

They asked me to throw it away a couple of times, but I resisted. And they screamed when I approached this thing and took pictures. I just find it SO FASCINATING.
