From what I have gathered, this masquerade thing that is currently in planning sounds dreadfully unfair to those of us with obviously distinguishing features aside from our faces. He is Haine's "master," as it were. The one that triggers Heine waking up, I think, and sends him around hurting people. Haine will behave if Giovanni behaves, but Giovanni will not behave unless we let him keep Haine around to play with him and Heine. And the only way to properly play with Heine would be to take Haine's chip back out, which would defeat the entire purpose of what we did to Haine in the first place.

This is getting complicated. I do not like it.

We can't just keep on killing people; it won't solve anything. We need to think of a more permanent solution. Not only that, but it also probably reinforces the image of a tyrant, which I know is something you and Torn want to avoid.
