Whoopeedoo, posting three days in a row. :)
Just got back from the gym and I have to say, that was one of the best workouts for me so far. Ran for 20 minutes on the treadmill and while I wasn't happy with the calories burned for the first 10 minutes, my speed for km/hr has improved a bit. Still lost over 100 calories, but I need to learn how to run longer at a faster pace. >.<
Did 90 reps on the shoulder press and I nearly died. I was practically crying because it got painful at one point. I'm sure my face looked ugly if anyone saw me. Still, I got to reach my goal of 90 reps so I'm happy with that.
Same goes with the abdominal crunch and lifting weights. 90 reps each. I think even though it gets painful thats when you're really working out.
The best part though was this group exercise class I joined for an hour. They taught Body Combat and I loved it! They basically taught you boxing moves and there were a lot of leg kicks involved so my arms were really red afterwards.
Going back on Friday to work on Project Fit and Sexy Me. HAHAHAHAHA :D
