This icon is from the musical WIcked. I fell in love with the story from a friend in Pa who saw the show with most of the original cast. So I went out and bought the cd-loved most of it, then I found out there was a book which I ran out and read asap. The book is better and darker, but the musical is still one I love for the story/design/music though lately I've been a little disappoined with the acting choices.
Another musical icon (theatre <3). This one is from the short lived Lestat. I followed the show from the beginning pretty much-watched the blogs and dowloaded the snipets of bootlegs. I think I still like the SF show better than Broadway also. The cast was amazing and I try to keep up with what a few of them are doing. It also made me fall in love with Drew Sarich who became Armand on Broadway. Anyway, the picture is of Claudia from her big number 'I Want More'. I'll share it: http://www.sendspace.com/file/9zguz0
Pretty self-explainitory. Harry Potter is pretty cool. And you know Frank is a goat because Aberforth is secretly running lj!
I randomly fund this icon and loved it! It is a picture and quote from Le Petit Prince (The Little Prince by Antoine De Saint-Exupery) It says t"his is not a hat." The narrator is showing his 2nd drawing of a snake that has eaten an elephant, but the 1st drawing was not see thru so adults always said it was a hat. Basically-awesome, sweet, simple, book. Read it.
I've been using this lots when I post on Joker posts or stuff about The Dark Knight movie. It's also true. I laugh about such random stuff. And now I have roommates who probably think I'm nuts when I burst out laughing at 2am while reading something.
