Well, I finally know the source of my comp woes. It's not a virus cause Nortons has told me there aren't any. No, it's much more simple than that. After careful observation, I am 99.999% certain that it is the processor. In Task Manager, the CPU Usage skyrockets to 100% whenever the screen does scary things.
