So today was the first captains practice. So the coach decided to skip big block today (Rachel's little note: Andy is AWESOME) and we ran Lenny's instead, and I'm awesome so I ran the whole thing and then did sprints, and I saw Rachel and talked about puke! Because Brett puked!

so we scrimmaged and I SUCK at soccer and don't want to play anymore eh whatever. Now I'm at Rachel's house and updating my journal and taking quizzes and being held so this is fun :)
