Short recap of the last several days.

Monday: rode from Pahrump to Las Vegas, had breakfast at the Hash House a Go Go which was overwhelming. The individual portions come on oval serving trays. I had a very good bacon waffle, gaping_asshole had an enormous scrambled egg monstrosity. Very good but if you go you won't need to eat for 24 hours. I wish I'd

Mmmm, fried mush. Recipe: make a batch of cornmeal mush, pour into a loaf pan, chill until firm. Slice into slabs about the size of a piece of bread, then fry (in butter, preferably) until the outsides are golden brown and crusty. Serve with maple syrup and (if you're a freak me or one of the members of my family) plain yogurt.

Now I'm hungry.

Um...are you SURE that's US 15? I mean, one of us is in the Twilight Zone, since US 15 runs N-S along the East Coast (it's about 40 miles west of my current location).

Ah yes. Virgin River Gorge is a good time. I used to love it in my convertable, I bet it's awesome on a bike.
