A year, a whole damn year come yesterday, and yet between the visits home I've only lived through a few weeks in that space of time. It just doesn't seem right considering all that needs to be done.

Are we done with the dramatic now? Really, it was like those trashy novels that get adapted into stupid period dramas. My sister goes all sentimental over those programmes, for what reason I don't know. It's just a lot of people silly costumes with over the top acting.
