the summer is nearing its end. break is officially over. things didn't go exactly how i thought they would, but for the most part the past couple of months haven't been bad.
over the next two weeks people i care about will be moving away, off to college or otherwise. i'll be sad to see them go. i hope to keep in touch with every single one of them, and hopefully see them all again. i'll try to stay optimistic, but i am worried about losing touch with a few of them. i just hope that distance doesn't mean that what was left behind becomes easily forgotten, because i know i won't forget.
