Notes/Babbling: My three year anniversary (for this journal) is coming up. When I started this, I had no real vision for what I was going to do or how to go about it or even how long it would last. It still surprises me how long I've kept this up sometimes. (No reason, I just thought it was an interesting thing to note. Shut up!)

I know! But. I watched the movie and just sort of fell a little bit in love and wanted to see if there was anything that would tack on nicely to the end of the movie. And there were a handful of fics and just... *happy sigh* I didn't need much, those will probably satisfy me. ♥

I've noticed she's also written Petshop of Horrors fic, which is causing me to look rather longingly in its direction as there's really a dearth of fic for that fandom, I take it. But I haven't gotten far enough with the series to really appreciate it yet.... D:

(Her HP fic looks to be mostly Snape/Harry? Makes me sad I rarely read anything that's not about Sirius or Remus. XD)

Oh, thank you for the recs! I admit, I don't go looking for Rikkai fic very often, most of the authors I know are Seigaku-friendly writers, but I do like the team. (And Yagyuu/Niou makes me gleeful with how much I love it. And some of these I don't think I've even noticed before! ♥_♥) So it's helpful when someone else points out stuff and I don't have to do all the work. ^_~

Plus, it's just really cool when someone takes the time to compile a list of links and shares them with me. (I never mind. And, hell, if nothing else, even if I'm a horrible slow-poke, it's nice that other people can wander by and check the links out, too, if they're so inclined.)

Heee! the_dw writes beautiful fictions of TeniPuri's Rikkai team. I'm seriously recommending her if you ever want to read something of the PoT fandom. ♥ She concentrates more on two rival schools, Rikkai and Hyoutei, with a combination of wonderful insanity and team effort that pulls the whole group together.

Oh, oh. And she also writes the Tango Pair, Sanada/Atobe with a real tangy flavour that half makes you want to bonk them on the heads or hug them. It's stupid how she makes one feel like that, but she's amazing. ♥ *cough* Excuse me for the pun.

I never noticed that she wrote Tenipuri fic, but the SanaAto thing might explain why. *wry grin* I OTP SanaYuki mostly ('cause that pairing was like a brick to the face for me, I have trouble imagining Sanada having feelings for anyone else) and Atobe's Big Gay Crush on Tezuka also is like a brick to the face for me. ♥

(After four years with the series, I'm largely at the point where... if it doesn't have Tezuka in there somewhere, it's like pulling teeth to get me interested. I've been dancing with being burnt out on the fandom for at least a year now. ....hahahaha, people probably think I'm kidding about the Tezuka thing. >_>)

I like Rikkai and Hyoutei gen stuff sometimes, but the fandom tends to only mostly write pairings. D: (And then gets them wrong, dammit! *stomps foot*)

Actually, Pride and Arrogance does have Tezuka in the middle, and Of Friendships and Mild Sanity and Black and White Photography are very gen, though leaning just a little towards the Niou/Yagyuu side. There's the very tiny SanaAto hints in Of Friendships and Mild Sanity, but it's more of blink and you miss it type. XD
