AMC Days turn into AMC Nights
I was supposed to work from 6:30pm-2am. I ended up going in at 4pm and leaving at 2am. I had a lot of fun with the people I was working with...with the exception of one individual who will remain nameless just to be careful. Here's the thing I can deal with other people making tons and tons of mistakes but this one person defies the logic of logic itself which is if you can't find something ask someone and continue doing what you had set out to do. aka: sweep up and fix the freaking floors and spills and backups before you go and change the toilet paper rolls and the fucking soap. there are other soaps and there are other stalls...well unless they're NOT CLEAN! the first thing ur supposed to do is clean and then u can get all the supplies you need. RAWR! I got called out of a theater because my coworker was sitting around waiting to get the plastic keys which no one could find and not cleaning. I got pissed!!! I almost lost my temper completely but the floor lead (tom C) kept me away from her which is a good thing.
*sigh*
So I definitely saw mr and mrs Levinton at work today. they went to go see Dark Knight and I wasn't sure whether it was them or not because they have gotten skinnier and that's really great but I just didn't really recognize them until I got a good look at mr.levinton and i feel bad that i think of jerry garcia but that's really how i ended up realizing. they must think i'm so rude for not recognizing them. I think i was about 7hrs into the shift though(10 hr shift). Amanda B said something right before she left for the night that is making me really wonder about things. She was like "well let me be the first to congratulate you" and I'm still completely confused because it can't be being promoted to a blue because I'm leaving at the end of the month and they haven't been doing the employee of the month since June so i have no idea what i'm getting congratulated for. I think I'll be finding out tomorrow but it's still so troublesome to have nagging at you in the back of your mind. ugh. well it'll be an interesting shift i suppose(5pm-11:30pm).
When i got home at 2:15 am Mom was awake which is really strange and weird since she's usually the first to go to sleep, like KC was already sleeping when I got home. very interesting. not only was she awake but she was not even like tired and she was still up when i got done with my shower at 3am. strange.
k thats all. i basically only exist within the spheres of sleeping at home and at work.yay..... :D
