In the middle of a fucking heatwave...

The fucking power went bye-bye. The storm that rolled through was unbelievable, the worst St. Louis has ever seen... shit tore up everywhere. Even damaged the trees in my backyard. So since the 19th (7:40 pm) I have been without power, no way to contact anyone. Thursday... the worst day for heat... my mom and dad came up and got me. I thought I might be able to tough it out... um, nope, I started feeling really bad and when mom asked if I wanted them to come up and take me down there I said yes. An unexpected vacation with perks. My little brother was down for vacation, and my little sisters power went out on Friday, so mom got to watch the little monsters (my niece and nephew). I just got home today... my brother called last night to say power was back on finally. If it wasn't I wouldn't have come back. Now I get to clean out the fridge and throw EVERYTHING! out. How nice that is... fucking power company and their ratty grid system has now cost me at least $250 seeing that I had just gone to the grocer that Sunday. I took what I could down to moms, and had to leave whatever else to spoil. Its gonna be a real muther fucker trying to replace and restock what was once a full refridgerator... Meesa not a happy camper... to put it nicely.

Anyway, just a note to say hey ya, and that I survived the worst storm on record. TA!
