The Space Island Group
Well here's an amusing company. ^^ They want to start taking elements of shuttle design and other commonly used aspects of launch vehicles, and start mass producing commercial grade vehicles. Plus they want to start building bigger and better space stations.
The Space Island Group, seems to want to make use of a rather novel idea. Namely recycling the big external fuel tanks used on the shuttle, and turning them into components for space stations. Either clustered together into big "helix" designs, or chained together in rings to form spinning circular stations. The video goes into a lot of detail about the whole process, and all the other things they intend to do along the way.
