Last weekend on Sunday, as I was recuperating from my eye infection, my mom suddenly had the urge to go all the way to the next province over to visit IKEA. Which is kind of random because what for? Found an interesting phenomenon at home this Saturday afternoon as I got home from my monthly pedicure session at the salon...

Everybody at home was engrossed in watching their own favorite TV show - Dad on the living room TV, my sister on her laptop, my mom on the TV upstairs and me on my laptop - but none of us were watching the same thing.

After being delayed for 4 days, my family and I got to celebrate my birthday. We had lunch outside and it was a very nice lunch of steak, Mexican food and Guinness.
