writing from my phone, so this will be brief... party at Di's was awesome. the Fuxedos were amazing. Gen was HAWT! great to see all my friends. big kudos for those who came all the way from San Francisco. apparently, I cant hold my alcohol anymore... 6 shots in 2 hours and I threw up. shrug. still had a blast.

hired today. woodshop/fabrication for an fx company. start friday.

Heh hee. Wow.

So, in many ways it was a childrens movie...

Pretty much made me feel giddy while watching it. The feel of the movie left me inspired to build and invent... "stuff."

I want to see more of the world that it introduced.

I wonder if I could build a better blimp?

The sky up here is so beautiful. At night, you can see the belt of the Milky Way from horizon to horizon. It was the best place EVER to watch the Persiad showers. It was like a celestial game, with stars being hurled in some artistic / athletic display. I especially enjoyed the shock and awe on the waiters face at Papadakis when the pleasant older white haired gentleman serving us realized we were the same age...
