Happy News!!
Hello everyone! It's time for a little party!
MY MOM IS HOME!!! :)
One month to the day since she first went in, but at last, she is home. It took a bit longer because, and I don't think I shared this here, after her surgery, she had a mild stroke. The staff didn't catch it until just over a week later (I'm still all sorts of grumpy about that). So, she spent the last couple of weeks on a rehab floor. But thankfully, she came home this morning.
Thank you all again, for the thoughts and prayers sent our way. My family and I are more grateful than we can possibly, properly, express.
