...must just be no-one finds my travelogues interesting. either that or i'm too COOL to comment on. yeahhh... :P
Anyway, I had a similar experience at Edinburgh Airport on Sunday. This woman said authoritatively to me "Excuse me, can I talk to you for a minute?" Being taken off guard and being in an airport, i said "yes?" while looking startled & guilty. Luckily however I was able to get out of a potentially highly dangerous situation for everyone involved as I've only been in the UK for a few months and am not eligible for a credit card... (it takes 2 years i think) phew!
Anyway when were you at the airport jono?

no airporting for me on the weekend.... but i'm going back to rhinstone cowboy country in a week or so. i suppose it must have got me thinking. Though I am getting really good at deflecting such people. On Saturday night I was asked by some guy wearing a suit if I'd like to answer a question. I got him to walk away by patting him on the back and calling him "cobber". Good times.

By the way, livejournal travelogues are still much in fashion. Especially Edinburgh stories.

WOOHOO for Jono in NSW! PS Jen wants you to come to Death Cab so she can meet them. Danny also thinks you should come. But the w/e of the 21st/22nd shall be topso. Danny's "last" show with Lazy Susan. I warned Pete from LS that there may be much chin stroking in the crowd and not to freak out about it.

So how was Coldplay? You Am I are gonna fucking blow your mind!

yeah, can't do death cab unfortunately. if I was smart I would have organised the weekends thusly. Apologise to Jen for me. Will she be round on the next weekend? Oh, chinstroke madness. I still have to do that thing about chinstrokes... too much hilarity.

Oh yes, I have already told Jen all about you coming up and she is keen to come along as well.

And I still need to send you chinstroke action pics!

I've actually been uploading HEAPS of photos onto my flickr account over the last few days. I'm gonna have to create a "chinstroke" folder.

i'm really scared right now. And yet I know there are more that could be posted. Can I remind you of the chinstrokes during the Sydney Olympics, perhaps the Homebake 99 chinstrokes, and not to mention the Falls fest holidays? Maybe all those ones we're in the background of at Gundagai. Pretty much any photo of me since 1998...
