(no subject)
first off, someone's gonna die tonight. or sometime soon.
second, modest mouse last night- insane. so good. good venue. good people. good performance. choice of songs- WTF? only oldies we knew were trailer trash, doing the cockroach, and paperthin walls. then they did like 2 other old ones that were probably not even that old. and they performed like 90 percent of good news for people who love bad news, and i know all the songs so that was fun for me, but still dumb. i know they have to play new stuff, but it was rediculous. weezer played like no new stuff on their last tour.
and i saw mike and tim there. i was like YEAH IM GONNA TALK TO TIM then i clamed up. then we had to run cause modest mouse had already started, thanks to my refusal to leave the car.
but i still had an amazing time and we willied our way to the front. like very front almost. and took pictures. and danced. and punched people inthe face. and molested a goblin. and got thrown around. and kicked by crowd surfers. AND DANCED DANCED GOD HOW WE DID DANCE.
