So hot
Lately it's so hot, the temperature is higher than 40 census, so crazy. I found it so hard to sleep at night, I feel very uneasy. Luckily my area doesn't have power cut. Huong tells me abt her house at countryside in Viet Tri, for nearly one month, it has power cut from 4 am in the morning to 11 pm. How can they live? And out of so many hydroelectric plants that EVN has built and are building in central part of our country, how many of them have economic effectiveness when all of the rivers are drying? Or it just a way to corrupt money? Oh, I should stop ranting about some delicate topics like this one, so much political things are related. But I still annoy abt the irresponsibility of the authority.
