Psycho-Pass fic recs
In light of season two starting (finally!), I was in the mood to read some fics, and so went through most of the stories on AO3 just because I could ^.^ I did skip all the non-English ones (so much Russian O.o) as well as the pairings I didn’t feel like reading (e.g. Akane romantically with anyone). Oh oh I can understand that, I think. I do ship them too but when I used to read stories about them (yeah I admit that!), some of them were too fluffy or too explicit re: sex scenes and it made me feel a bit...uncomfortable -especially the sex scenes lol as if I had never read any-?
Probably the ones I enjoyed the most without this feeling were the ones t hat were "crackish" (or almost "crackish") since it kinda reminded me of the spirit of the radio dramas (I miss them!).

And it's curious but I don't feel a strong BL thing re: this series despite loving it so much. I like the Kou-Gino pairing, and Makishima-Choe is a good match, and yeah, I love the idea of Choe-Kagara lol, but it's not like I'm dying for it (the BL vibe).
Re: couples, I hope Shion and Yayoi are still together (Mika seems to have a crush on Yayoi though heh) and I want to see more of them.
I miss Kou-chan (he's in the OP, isn't he?)! But some people have theories that he's in fact around and that we've already seen him (not saying too much in case you want to stay away from those theories).
Gino is LOVE (gosh I adore the idea that he's taking after his awesome dad)! He's beautiful with or without megane! I'm not sure how I prefer him though.
Akane is LOVE! I've always loved her (some people used to hate her :'( ) and she's been so freakin' badass in these first eps! But wow, picking up some habits from Kou?
I like the new enforcers and their personalities, beyond the possibility of any of them being a dangerous person (or maybe not?).
I found Mika annoying (mostly because she's picking on my beloved Gino) but it's fun seeing them interacting and her reactions re: Yayoi are cute. And good to see more of the other units.
Talking about Gino, I laughed with his thoughts of what WC would mean, since I thought the same as him (I'm sure many thought the same haha).
And I'm very intrigued about this holographic thing and the implications of it! Great start!
Ah sorry that this became a long reply mostly about PP2 but since I'm swamped with things this week, at least I tried to write my thoughts about the new season of the most expected show (from me at least and I know you too felt the same!)
