More writing
Woohoo! I've passed the 25K word mark. I've also been doing some thinking about the long range plans for this world. One of the original characters I came up with was the Fairy King. He was essentially supposed to be a villain, or at the very least an antagonist. And he is. However, all I knew about him I knew through his daughter (who hates his ever-loving nancy-boy guts mayherotinaycheedoublehockeysticks.) So basically all I knew was the the man was pretty much a manipulative bastard. I didn't know *WHY*.
So I sat down with one of my friends and hashed it out.
I now know his motivation.
This is a good thing.
But it struck me as I was getting into bed last night: "Oh gosh. I just reinvented Batman."
...darn it...
