Wow it's been a while
So I've started a different book. Haven't touched the first one since May but I've decided I'm finishing both of these by November. The new book is essentially a paranormal mystery with werewolves and murder. Yay. I've learned something today.
...writing first person limited sucks. I don't know any more than the character does.
I'm writing a murder mystery without a plot. I started writing and I didn't even know who died. Two days ago I thought I knew who died and now I'm not sure the person who's dead is actually the person I thought it was. (If that makes no sense you're not alone. Both myself and the main character are confused as well.)
I think it was Agatha Christie who wrote her novels by writing the whole thing and then deciding who did it at the very end and going back and fixing things. I don't know how she did it because frankly I'm very confused, I have no plot but the characters keep doing things.
