(no subject)
Just finished up Greek classes, I'm officially halfway done with college.
Just imported my 20th birthday gift mix CD, I'm officially done with teenager.
I'm not a hundred percent sure how I feel, to be honest... I make a point of not really caring about birthdays and milestones (Social Construction!), but this one just happens to be important, and I couldn't tell you why.
Except waking up in the morning, to an apartment where no one else lives, and playing Sleater-Kinney as loud as you want, and feeling, for the first time in a few years, happy in the moment. It just doesn't seem like what a student should feel, but my life is actually, you know, pleasant.
It's creepy.
I'm back in New York Sunday, I'll be seeing people then, after I finish up August's selection from The Book Of The Month Club.
