I should feel a bit more excited...
But I'm just too tired. Caught my first baby today... After a long 12 hours of waiting with the woman in labour... Long. At least all the other births I've helped out at have been much quicker.
Got internet back yesterday, after two weeks of badgering the lady in charge of house maintenance and that sorta thing. A most annoying unhelpful lady, this must've been a record short time... Last semester it took a house 9 weeks before they got internet, and only because they gave up on the lady and organised it themselves.
Twas my 21st the other Saturday... Maybe will write more on it later... Twas a productive weekend... Got groceries, mopped and vacuumed, did two loads of laundry and the ironing. Most productive, also had the beginnings of a cold. Then again I guess it felt just like any other day... Iono. Kinda feel I should've done more, but don't really know what there really was to do.
Anyway.
Really need to get my elective organised... But never have time. Gah.
