I'm 29 and counting
Most of you already know since you sent me many birthday wishes, but yesterday I turned 29. ^_^ Thank you all for those calls and texts and facebook greets and just..well I don't think I've ever gotten so many before. It really brightened my day which was rather bleak overall.
I worked through most of my birthday. I had to be there at 8:45 until 5:45. It was boring, annoying, I hardly ate anything..and I really was just miserable being there with all the last minute shoppers. Its been a very long work week but today I finally got a day off to recuperate.
Last night when i got home I had cake and ice cream. My mom even got me my very own carton of Cookie Dough ice cream. Yum. I got a hat/scaft, clothes, and a stuffed dog. Then we went out to see Tron.
OMG do I want a Tron suit XD Though I actually really enjoyed Clu and Zuse's outfits the most. But I could never cosplay as either of them. not a convincing enough man XD!! But yeah..shiny *_*
It was a very good movie. I enjoyed it. I was worried the 3D would bother my eyes but it didn't. I highly recommend people go see it.
Headed home after the movie (midnight) and nearly hit a deer. It was terrifying. I was in the backseat and it still had my heart pumping. Then a few minutes later David (friend of sisters) almost drove the car into oncoming traffic on the 77 off ramp. Those ramps really need better lighting. No more late movies for us because 2 near death experiences is enough.
Today was mostly errands. Trying to get things mailed out and what not. Tomorrow I hope to just relax and enjoy another day off before its back to dealing with last minute shoppers.
