SNOW!
So we tried to make snow things yesterday.
Everyone agreed a snowman was out of the question; too ordinary.
I figured maybe a dinosaur, but I thought a gorilla would be a better choice.
So we decided on a gorilla fighting a dinosaur.
So we go outside and we get to work making a huge mound of snow. We don't really have a plan. We grab a box and start making block of snow, which helps with the height, but neither of the animals are really box-like. Eventually we decide to make a robot battling a dinosaur. So I start working on the robot, chipping away the base of it with a spade and making two legs. Me and Chelse get a head foundation set up, pack half a box, and then chip away at some pieces for teh head. Then all three of us had to hoist it up onto the body and pack it down. The robot looks okay, but it has no arms. We used leftover Christmas lights for its eyeballs. Reminds me of a trailer for a new show on Cartoon Network.
Anyway, I had very little to do with the dinosaur. Not to say that is the reason it doesn't look like a dinosaur, but it doesn't look like a dinosaur. It has a very boxy body, a small head, and a huge tail. The tail is very nice. Very tail-like, but the rest is questionable. I always think snow will do impossible things when I was to build snow sculptures.
After all that, we went inside and had hot chocolate and played Smash Brothers. I sucked! For a while at least. I had the most kills, but I was constantly not in first place. Which is odd for me because I"m awesome.
