I'm now about one month into my DIY Korean lessons. Hmm... I can count to ten! ^0^ It started well with some useful phrases but once I got into the grammar bit... urk.. the motivation fell down a slippery slope. I'm still hanging on though.
I had dinner at my friend's house yesterday with another of her friend. We live like 5 minutes away but this was the first time I came by. Omg REAL FOOD~ I MISS YOU. 정말 맛있어요! I can't really cook anything besides eggs T^T Also, she has huge teddy bear! It was so soft~ I almost fell asleep on it ^_^
We talked about our previous school. Well, she talked and I listened. I'm not one for gossip. I'm usually off in my own world so when she talks about stuff, everything is news to me. I never knew people were so - wary? - of me? I was just the quiet person who sat in front of class (though I can think of a bunch of times my social-ineptitude was misinterpreted for 'attitude' and 'cheek' etc). Then I find out about these things, that turns out people were not as nice/honest as I thought. Though unless something happens to me outright, it's not going to really change how I feel. As I said, I don't care much for gossip.
But oh poo, British Airways! You and your constant strikes >w< You're going to ruin my vacation!
짜증나!
